Refund Period

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all coaching packages. If you are not satisfied with our coaching services within 30 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund of coaching fees. Free consultation calls are non-refundable, as they are complimentary.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Have completed at least one coaching session with your assigned coach
  • Provide feedback on your experience and reason for requesting a refund
  • Request the refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • Have paid for your coaching package in full

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Free consultation calls
  • Partial session cancellations (if you cancel mid-session)
  • Services rendered more than 30 days ago
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@holisticflushing.world with your request
  2. Provide your coaching package details and payment information
  3. Briefly describe your reason for requesting a refund
  4. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Cancellation of Future Sessions

If you wish to cancel your coaching package but are outside the 30-day refund window, you may cancel future sessions with at least 48 hours notice. You will not be charged for cancelled sessions. Sessions already paid for and rendered cannot be refunded.

Session Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, we require at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session. Your coach will work with you to find alternative times when possible.

Subscription or Monthly Packages

If you are enrolled in a recurring monthly coaching package, you may cancel at any time. Your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months. If you request cancellation, you will receive confirmation via email.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to existing clients at least 30 days before implementation.
