Science-Based Habit Coaching

Our approach combines behavioral science research with practical, personalized coaching. We focus on sustainable change, not quick fixes.

Our Philosophy

Why We Believe in Sustainable Habits

Environmental Design

Rather than relying on willpower alone, we help you design your environment to make good habits the default choice. Small structural changes create lasting shifts.

Habit Stacking

We attach new movement habits to existing routines you already do daily. This leverages your current patterns rather than fighting against them.

Behavioral Science

Our methods are grounded in published research on habit formation, motivation, and behavior change. We teach you the "why" behind strategies so you understand what works.

Personalization

One-size-fits-all approaches fail. We assess your unique lifestyle, values, and constraints, then build a custom plan that actually fits your life.

Our Method

The Five Pillars of Our Coaching

We've structured our approach around five core principles that drive sustainable behavior change:

  1. Assessment: Deep dive into your current lifestyle, preferences, and barriers to movement.
  2. Education: Learn the science of habits so you understand what you're doing and why.
  3. Design: Co-create a personalized routine that integrates naturally into your life.
  4. Implementation: Start small, build consistency, and adjust as you learn what works.
  5. Refinement: Regular feedback loops keep your plan aligned with your evolving life.

This cyclical approach means your coaching evolves with you, not against you.

Coaching Approach FAQ

We focus on lifestyle integration and habit formation, not fitness training. Our goal is sustainable daily movement that fits your life, not achieving specific physical outcomes. We're not personal trainers—we're lifestyle coaches focused on the behavioral and psychological side of change.

Yes. Our methods draw from published behavioral science research on habit formation (Duhigg, Clear, Fogg, and others), motivation psychology, and behavior change frameworks. We teach you the research-backed "why" so you can understand what strategies work and why.

Failure is part of the learning process. If your plan isn't working, that's valuable information. We adjust the strategy, not the goal. Our 30-day adjustment period gives you space to experiment and refine what actually works for your unique life.

Absolutely. We specialize in designing routines around unique schedules—remote work, office, shift work, hybrid, unpredictable hours. We map your existing daily structure and find windows for activity that actually fit your life.
